Parent Portal

Parents can now access their student’s information from any computer with an internet connection. The MyPolkSchools Parent Portal allows parents to check current grades, obtain immunization status, learn if their child had any recorded discipline or attendance issues throughout the day, check their child’s current lunch account balance, and even see what their child purchased in the lunchroom – all before their child comes home from school.

In order to access the Parent Portal, each approved contact, including parents, will be required to obtain an individual PIN number from our Office Staff. This P.I.N. is unique to you and only you. Please DO NOT share this P.I.N. with anyone, including your spouse and children.

Due to the secure nature of the information contained in the Parent Portal, you will need to present a Driver’s License or other approved photo identification before your PIN is distributed. To get started, visit the county Parent Portal Information page.

To access Parent Portal, parents and guardians must fill out a Parent Portal application. To download an application click ParentPortal_PIN_Request. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
